Account Setup & Login
aidnn supports two primary onboarding paths: Self-Serve Sign-Up for individual and small-team plans, and Enterprise Sign-Up for organizations that require managed access. This section walks through both flows and shows how to begin using the aidnn analytics platform.Self Sign-Up
Users signing up for Teams plans can create an account directly through isotopes.ai. Follow these steps to get started.Step 1 - Begin Registration
Navigate to the sign-up page and provide your basic account details, including your name, email address, and optional invite code (if applicable). Agree to the Terms of Service to proceed.
Step 2 - Complete Billing Information
After entering your user details, you will be directed to the billing page as shown below:
Step 3 - Account Confirmation
Once billing information is successfully processed, you will see a confirmation screen indicating that your trial is active. From here, click Login to proceed to authentication.
- Click on the Login link to login into the system
- Once you provide the email address used for signing up, you will receive a magic link in your email. Please check your spam and junk folders for this email.
- Clicking on the link in the email will bring you to the Overview page of aidnn.

Enterprise User Sign-up
Admin User Account Set Up
If you are the first user for your company’s enterprise account, then you would be assisted by our account team members in this set up. Feel free to reach out to them, though the process is largely the same as above.- You need to visit isotopes.ai/signup page and fill up the form.
- Once you have submitted the form you will see the following screen which puts you on the approval list.
- Your signup will be reviewed and approved by aidnn’s accounts team usually within minutes, but it may take up to 24 hours.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a link to access aidnn.
- Click the link to go directly to the aidnn homepage.
Non-Admin User Account Set Up via Manage Team Feature
If you’re a non-admin user, contact your admin or the aidnn support team to have your account added to your company’s workspace. They can add your company email on the Admin page. If you’re an admin, click your profile in the bottom-left corner to access the “Admin” page shown below.
